Terms and Conditions – Maritz Consulting

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website.

1. Services

Maritz Consulting provides independent concrete consulting, investigations, training, and related services. All advice is based on information provided and site conditions at the time of engagement.

2. Reports and Liability

Our reports are based on professional judgement, applicable standards, and available information. They are intended for the client named in the report only. While we take all reasonable care, Maritz Consulting is not liable for:

  • Use of the report by third parties without our consent
  • Actions taken based on altered or incomplete information
  • Damages arising from incorrect application of our recommendations

3. Payments

All invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled site work may be subject to a callout fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, photos, and training content remain the property of Maritz Consulting unless otherwise agreed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be handled in New Zealand courts or through appropriate mediation.
